Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm Atlantic Time. If you are calling during these hours and cannot reach a customer support associate they are likely helping other customers so please remember to leave them a short but detailed message so that they may return your call. Please include your full name, phone number, nature of your call. If calling after our posted business hours your call will be returned promptly the following morning of the next business day.

Can I be notified of new product arrivals and sale items and what are the benefits of getting on your mailing list?
You can become a subscriber to our email list by creating an account. Once you are a subscriber you will receive periodic email updates concerning new product arrivals, sale announcements, closeout specials and more. We operate our business by the following model: Once we get a new product in, we notify our email subscribers with new product updates right away before product gets posted on our website. We post the new product on our website only after our mailing list customers were notified about it. Shipping Questions

How do you ship your product and how long does it take to receive my order after I paid for the merchandise?
Ruff Endz Clothing Company generally uses UPS to ship all customer orders. All orders are shipped out within 48 hours after receipt of payment although most orders are shipped out within 24 hours depending upon our current workload and the time of day the payment was received. It normally takes 3 to 5 business days to be delivered depending on shipping method selected.

Where can I obtain a shipping quote?
You can get a shipping quote during the first step of the checkout process

Domestic Shipping: UPS is our default shipping method for all domestic orders. Tracking numbers will be made available.

International Shipping: UPS is our default shipping method for most International shipments. After payment is received and your order ships, a tracking number for your shipment will be available. Shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges imposed by your country. Buyers should familiarize themselves with any additional charges that are not covered as part of our standard shipping charges.
