Shipping
Ruff Endz Clothing Company uses UPS to ship all customer orders. All orders are shipped out within 24 hours after receipt of payment and the time of day the payment was received. It normally takes up to 5 business days or less depending on your location and method of shipment selected.

Domestic Shipping: UPS is our default shipping method for all domestic orders. After payment is received and your order ships, a tracking number for your shipment will be available. sales@ruffendzclothing.com

International Shipping: UPS is our default shipping method for most International shipments. After payment is received and your order ships, a tracking number for your shipment will be available. Shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges imposed by your country. Buyers should familiarize themselves with any additional charges that are not covered as part of our standard shipping charges.

Returns
Returns are allowed for exchange or credit in case product is damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving goods and get a return authorization number (R.A.N.) by phone or email.

All non-confirmed returns will be refused. Accounts which refuse or cancel requested shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
